Evaluation of the Program Coordinator

IH Program Policies

  1. The Program Coordinator will be formally evaluated annually by the residents and Program Director as part of annual performance review.
  2. The evaluation will be based on the roles and responsibilities for Program Coordinators as outlined in the Standards Documents.
  3. Residents, preceptors, mentors, Academic Half Day facilitators, the Program Leadership Team and the Program Director are encouraged to provide the Program Coordinator with informal feedback as appropriate during the residency year.

  1. The Program Director will be formally evaluated annually by the residents and designate as part of his/her annual performance review.
  2. The evaluation will be based on the roles and responsibilities for Program Directors as outlined in the Standards Documents.

  1. The Program will be formally evaluated at the end of the residency year by the residents.
  2. The evaluation will be based on the ability of the Program to allow the residents to meet the goals, objectives and required competencies of the Program, the rotations and activities.
  3. This evaluation will be reviewed by the Program Coordinator and Program Director and will be reviewed and discussed by the Residency Advisory Committee to allow of continual assessment and improvement in the quality of the Program.
  4. Residents, preceptors, mentors, Academic Half Day facilitators, the Program Leadership Team and the Program Director are encouraged to provide the Program Coordinator with informal feedback on the program as necessary during the residency year.
